As some of you may or may not have heard (via-Facebook), a very good friend of mine, Danny Toumarkine, has suffered some serious head trauma this past week. Danny is a NH native who spends his winters in Tahoe, and I was blessed with the opportunity to spend much of my summer with Danny out in Oregon. He has an infectious personality, an amazing sense of humor, and is the type of friend that would drop everything the he was doing to help your ass out. A RIPPING snowboarder, and a well respected member of the snowboard community, Danny has been getting it in on the contest scene for years, and finagled his way into this years Dew Tour...Danny had an incident out in Montana a few days ago, hitting some trees, and ending up in critical condition in a Bozeman Hospital.
