EB Nashua customer and homie Ben took this video on his cell phone (hence the pixilation) of him doing a sweeper in his back yard ramp. Skate hard Ben!

Analog from Last Week
Didn't get to get this stuff, and was in NYC for the weekend (full report coming soon), but we got some gear from Analog in last week. New grey Chino, and a new Jacket for around town, seen here on the stucco king, Justinn Demers.

Skate Pics

Slappy curbs at the West Linn park. Old Grindline park, that place is HARD to skate.
Windells head Skate Coach, Jivaro and Shrunken Head team rider, EB supporter (reppin' a dot logo t-shirt) Jamie Weller. Sweeper at Hood River, just cleanin' things up...

Little Bit O' Dat Windells Lovin'
So the summer is coming close to an end here out in Oregon (in summer camp land) and I will be headed home fairly soon. But EB homeboys Zach Normandin and Big Chase C are coming out to cruise around, make some laps, and lurk. This is what has been going down out here, in both the skate and snow world....

and you just may find ya boy in this humdinger!
Some new shit going on in the skate world fa sho'. Make this quick little clip of Windells skate coach Jamie Weller, it's called "Streets Is Talkin"
We also took the skate campers to a RVCA demo out at this ill-ass park in Tualatin. Everything there is really small, and super fun, it's the Portland version of Hadley or Ash St. Straight chillin' Chris H. style.
Ride Snowboards Field Day from Windells on Vimeo.
there has also been some off hill stuff going on. There was a RIDE sponsor night going on last week and our Media crew got some clips of the action. Homeboy gets egg'ed at the end.
sorry about the lameness of this post. stay tuned for some mo' shit camp-wise. But here's what ya'll are missing by not being out here
Heading home with Stefany and the Biggest Mike. Pretty Hyped on that. Maybe Zach and Chase will roll with me home. Stopping in Tahoe to meet up with my boy Nick V., SLC to see Hondo's new shop, Pittsburg to meet up with Boardin' Jordan, Morgantown, WV to get buck and hang with AJ, Philly? NYC? home. Anyone want to meet up along the way? Dirts, make it happen.

Oregon Skate Update
This past couple of days has been crraazzyyy. Brandon Reis dropped my digital camera in the sand at Cannon beach while we were camping. Digi-cam is toast. Until I get 'er cleaned. Went to Battleground and Hood River on the in-between, and it was prettttyyy dang awesome. Hung out with some homies from HCSC and slammed a few times.
Skating with the Satellite Team from Windells on Vimeo.
JG and some of the dudes from Satellite in Boulder, CO rolled through and skated the park, camped out, and hung out with the kids. These dudes were rippers, and were super nice.
Bonfire P2P 2010: Skate from Windells on Vimeo.
Bonfire's Pipe to Pipe happened two sessions ago and it was pretty dang awesome. Rion Linderman did a 540 stalefish. A McTwist, with a stalefish grab. holy shit. Willis Kimbel was slaying it, Donovan Rice did a huuuge heel-a-monster to fakie on the vert wall. It was insane.
I made another bro-cam edit before Brandon killed my camera, I think it came out fairly decent
and noww for the snowboardin' (Justinn...)
Windells 4, 2010: Snowboarding from Windells on Vimeo.
Session 4 was Tech - Nine week here at camp, Thug. Life. Gangsta, Gangsta.
I got work to do. So I gotta jam. But....Spencer, Chris, Colin, Butt, EJ, Reynolds, Geo, Eric, Sam, Bil, Keith, James (x2), I'm calling upon you to fly your ass out here and drive across country with me to skateboard at really good skateparks and camp with myself, Ryan Stefany, and some homies from Pittsburg. Lets do this.

Jimmy Day. Ride For ALS.
This summer our friend Jimmy Day is going to be riding his bike from Boston to L.A. The trip is in honor of our great friend and Eastern Boarder employee and team rider Justin Brace. Justin is living with advanced ALS. ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease damages neurons in the brain ultimately malnourishing motor muscles leaving them unable to power themselves. Along with not being able to ride his bike, Justin is dependent on medical equipment to communicate and take care of fundamental needs such as transportation and breathing. Despite all of this he continues to be an extremely positive influence to his friends, family and the BMX community in New England. But the constant need of medical assistance that sustain him are difficult to pay for. With each mile of this 3,600 mile trip Jimmy hope to raise a dollar, $3,600 in total.
If you can find it in your heart to donate what you can, every penny will go towards new treatments and finding a cure to help Justin and others who live with ALS. I hope you can join us.
To donate or to find out more about Jimmy's trip or ALS research go to rideforjustin.alscommunity.org.
